Vanessa Feliberti Bautista

Vanessa Feliberti Bautista serves at the Corporate Vice President of Microsoft’s M365 Services Platform Engineering team, which fuels a simple, delightful and personal experience, that assists our customers to be the most productive across work and life; by helping them get started, get back to and get the most out of Microsoft 365. This is Microsoft’s essential, intelligent productivity services platform that enables delightful, trustworthy, agile, and cost-effective experiences. Alongside product impact, Vanessa builds diverse teams, drives adoption of inclusive behaviors, and creates programs to foster innovation and opportunities for talent in new ways.

Inside and outside of her role at Microsoft, Vanessa is a staunch advocate for education, and opening the doors to opportunity in tech. Vanessa serves on Board of Advisors for the School of Engineering at Boston University and the Board of Advisors for the MIT Office of Engineering Outreach Programs, as well the Executive Sponsor for HOLA, Microsoft’s Global Employee Resource Group focused on Latinx and Hispanic communities within the company. Vanessa is also the founder of Microsoft’s New Technologists program, an internship pipeline designed for students who have been underrepresented in technology.

Vanessa received her master's degree in Software Engineering from Boston University, and her bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
