Michelle Skoor(they/them) currently leads the Tech to Gov coalition effort, powered by the Tech Talent Project, which connects technologists to local, state and federal technology roles. In this work, Michelle has led a multi-month training model for agencies to successfully prepare for, recruit and hire technologists. Previously, they've served as Chief Workforce Officer of a technology consulting and apprentice training program, upskilling over 8,000 Americans. Additionally, Michelle served as Product Officer for two initiatives launched to support families during COVID-19, and prior helped lead the Tech Jobs Tour, a 32-city tour across the U.S. igniting tech ecosystems in underrepresented cities.
