Caroline Crozier
Caroline Sanchez Crozier is the CEO and Founder of LatinX Digital Leaders Now and the CSC Consulting Group, a Latina STEM 1% Leader in the U.S., a Latina Entrepreneur often referred to as a "unicorn" for her out-of-the-box innovative thinking and work style. She began her career working in corporate finance but soon realized that she wanted to work for herself. Against all odds, she took a risk and founded CSC 30+ years ago. As an early adopter of technology with Apple as her first client, she has been supporting the Chicago Public Schools since the 1990’s. Today, CSC is an experienced IT Service provider to schools and commercial clients. Caroline is a passionate advocate for equity through education, tech workforce development, and policy. She dedicates volunteer board time to LULAC, the oldest and largest civil rights national organization for Latinos. She founded Digital Latinx Leaders NOW, a nonprofit to increase Latinx representation in STEM. Previous to Caroline's entrepreneurial journey, she worked in the corporate sector as an auditor and CPA after being the first family member and proud immigrant to graduate from college.
