Devon Rollins is Managing Director, Global Head of Security Operations and Incident Response at Morgan Stanley. With nearly 2 decades of experience, Devon has led elite teams to outsmart cybercriminals and secure enterprise platforms at scale. His innovative strategies have earned him top honors, including induction into the NSF Cyber Corps Hall of Fame, the Circle of Excellence Award at Capital One, and MITRE's President's Award. 

Devon's impact extends beyond the private sector. He has driven federal cybercrime investigations with the FBI and shaped national cybersecurity policy as a thought leader and New America Cybersecurity Policy Fellow. His commitment to community is equally strong, having championed STEM education through his nonprofit STEMLY for 5 years, helping launch the Washington Leadership Academy, recipient of the $10M XQ Super School grant. 

Devon holds advanced degrees in Computer Science and Information Security Policy and Management, and continues to inspire future generations through visionary leadership, innovation, and service.
